- The competition will take place on June 16, 2024, the start of the competition: 09:30
- The starting point is in Park at Lake Przechlewskie, Przechlewo.
- The finish line is located in Park at Lake Przechlewskie, Przechlewo.
- 1st part of the competition: swimming 950m (Lake Przechlewskie, 1 loop, expected water temperature 20-22 degrees C, time limit completion swim 45min).
- 2nd part of the competition: bike 45 km (2 loops on the Przechlewo-Rzeczenica route). The route has slight uphill and downhill sections. Time measurement – Foxter sport, HELMET MANDATORY. The road will be closed to road traffic along the entire route. Dafting is not permitted. All types of bicycles are allowed. Time limit completion swimming and driving by bike – 3h.
- 3rd part of the competition: 10.55 km run (2 loops). Surface: Pedestrian and bicycle path, paving stones and asphalt, paved path. Designation length routes every 1 km, measurement Foxter Sport.
- Time limit for completion of the competition is 4h.

- Category general women
- Age categories of women and men: 16-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Awards :
- Competitors who take places 1-3 in the general classification or in the age category of women or men receive trophies
- People awarded in the general classification are not awarded within the age category – the award is assigned to the next person in a given age category
- Each competition finalist receives a commemorative medal at the finish line.
- The prizes may only be collected at the final award ceremony.
- Material prizes cannot be exchanged.
Conditions participation
- The right to start in the competition is granted to people who on June 16, 2024. will be over 18 years of age and will be able to present a document confirming their identity during verification, pay the entry fee and sign a declaration of no health contraindications and will start in the competition at their own risk.
- The classification of a competitor to the age category is made on the basis of his age on December 31, 2024.
- Competitors applying to participate in the event by filling in the application form on the event website confirm that they know the regulations and accept them, and agree to the publication of their image and name on the Organizer’s promotional and advertising materials as part of the promotion of the Triathlon Przechlewo 2024 event. They also agree to the processing of your personal data to the extent necessary for the implementation of the Triathlon Przechlewo competition, including sending information about the event and promotional materials of the Organizer to the indicated e-mail address.

- After completing the application form on the website www.triathlonprzechlewo.pl and paying the entry fee, the competitor will be placed on the start list. The date of the entry fee payment, which is understood as the date of receipt of the entry fee on the Organiser’s bank account, decides about the date of registration. - There is a limit on the number of participants on distance 56.5km – 150 people

Final Remarks:
The competition may not be held in the case of weather conditions endangering the safety and lives of participants.
The final closing of the start list will take place on June 16, 2024, at 9:15 AM.
Cyclists must adhere to the provisions of the Road Traffic Act.
Guaranteed to receive all the additional content of the package are those enrolled and paid by 10.05.2024.
A refund of the registration package is possible until May 10 2024, with a 50% refund of the fee.
The transfer of the registration package to another person is possible until May 31, 2024.
A bicycle helmet is mandatory for all participants during the cycling route.
In case of a bicycle breakdown during the ride, participants must move themselves and the bicycle to the roadside in a way that does not disrupt the race.
During the competition, participants are prohibited from using any communication devices such as mobile phones, walkie-talkies, radios, etc., as well as music players.
The organizer prohibits the transfer of the race package to another person after it has been collected from the race office by the appropriate individual. The organizer is not responsible for the consequences of transferring the race package to another person after it has been collected from the race office. In case of detecting someone starting on behalf of a registered person, immediate disqualification is imposed.
As part of the full race package, the participant will receive: race numbers, a swim cap, and a medal at the finish line.

In case of theft or damage to the equipment, each participant is obliged to report it to the representative of the Organizer and the police. Such notification must be made before collecting the equipment and leaving the transition area by the participant. Participant of the event is obligated to strictly follow the instructions and orders of the organizer and any relevant authorities responsible for the protection and safety during the event.
The participant of the event bears full material responsibility for any damages caused by them to the area where the event takes place, both in relation to other participants and to the property of the Organizer or property under the Organizer’s control.
The Organizer has the right to exclude a participant from participating in the competition if their behavior poses a threat to other participants or disrupts the proper course of the competition.
The Organizer has the right to make changes to the regulations, provided that the participants are informed about these changes in writing or at the latest during the technical briefing before the start of the competition.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
- The personal data of the participants of the event will be processed for the purposes of organizing the event, selecting the winner and awarding, issuing, receiving and settling the prize.
- Personal data of event participants will be used in accordance with the conditions set out in the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926), Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (Journal of Laws EU L 119 of May 4, 2016 , page 1, with the change announced in the Journal of Laws UE L 127 of May 23, 2018, page 2) (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR).
